The renovation project for the OTEestate's building in Parnitha at 308 Parnithos Ave. was completed in 2021 and involved a total of 1,105 sq.m. The property houses the business GERMANOS - Service Center.
 

It is a new, state-of-the-art service centre of the GERMANOS company, designed under the most rigorous specifications.
 

The facades of the building were renovated, and an internal loft of a total area of 540 sq.m was added. Furthermore, modern office spaces with natural lighting were created, lending a more human-centred approach to the space, and consequently improving work performance.
 

Finally, the new service centre has a dedicated training area, equipped with the latest tools and offering training using state-of-the-art machinery
