OTEestate specializes in the development, optimization, and management of the OTE Group’s complete real estate portfolio, while also addressing its operational housing and infrastructure needs.
The company was established in 1995 and evolved into its current form in 2000, when it adopted its present corporate purpose and the name OTEestate.
The entirety of OTE’s real estate assets has been transferred to the company, with the objective of their rational management and effective utilization.
In addition, the company provides specialized services in construction project management and operational support, including Facility, Property, and Space Management.
Since March 2016, OTEestate has also been active as an electricity supplier, covering the OTE Group’s energy needs.
OTEestate is situated at the OTE Group Headquarters, 99 Kifissia’s Avenue, Maroussi (1st floor).
