The renovation of the "Apostolou Pavlou" building in Thessaloniki by OTE Estate marks an important step in the modernization of the OTE Group's real estate portfolio, combining modern architecture with environmental sensitivity and sustainability. The building, with a total area of 1,730 sq.m.,  houses T-Digital, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, creating an innovative and functional workspace that enhances collaboration and productivity.

The renovation and upgrading of the building includes the implementation of contemporary architecture, with the new glass façade blending harmoniously with the historical environment around the Rotunda, offering a transparent view. The choice of glass contributes to a sense of permeability and transparency, while also reinforcing the open communication culture that T-Digital aims to promote. Additionally, the building meets the strict requirements of LEED certification, advancing sustainable architecture and strengthening the OTE Group's commitment to environmental protection.

The completion of the project in October 2024 signifies the successful application of OTE Estate's strategy to transform old technological spaces into modern, sustainable properties of high standards, which are available for lease to third parties, offering comprehensive solutions in the real estate sector.
