The property is located in Agia Paraskevi, enclosed by Scholeiou, Mandilara and Dimitsanas streets, and includes an existing building with a total built-up area of 3,982 sq.m., including the basement and surrounding area.  Renovation was completed in 2021.

An aesthetic and functional upgrade of the office space was carried out on the property, in order to meet the accommodation needs of OTE Group, based on modern building requirements, environmental behaviour and optimal energy efficiency.

Following ΟΤΕ Group’s Environmental Strategy, the renovation was implemented in accordance with international standards for environmental and energy approaches. Currently in progress is the process of attaining a “Very Good” rating in BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification system.
