Cleaning Services

The Group’s properties are provided with specialized cleaning services. These services fall into the following main categories:

Regular cleaning:  A team of cleaners undertakes the day-to-day cleaning maintenance of on-site facilities, including staff t, equipment and materials supervision.

Extraordinary Cleaning:  This category includes cases of cleaning, upon request, through applications provided by the Group, to all users. These cases include: cleaning of premises after relocations of services, graffiti removal and anti-graffiti applications, disinfections, etc.

Periodic Cleaning:  This category includes the annual scheduled cleaning plan, which is prepared by the competent Facility Manager and covers the Group's buildings and plots, eg. weed removal, insecticide and mice removal applications, washing and cleaning of windows and glazing etc

 

Greenery & Gardening Management:

Greenery & Gardening services include, construction and maintenance of greenery projects, water supply upgrades & maintenance, garden compositions, interior gardens in buildings etc.

 

Support services

At the staffed buildings of the Group additional support services are provided. These services are monitored & controlled by the Facility Managers responsible. Indicatively:

  • Removals & relocation services
  • Mailroom Operations
  • Supply of all types of office supplies & consumables
  • Supply and maintenance of office equipment and furniture
