In order to provide Total Facility Management to support the operation of the facilities, the Group has specialized applications for all its employees and external partners. This enables real-time information on damages and other provision of services.
In order to manage the system more efficiently, a network of experienced staff has been developed to ensure the coordination and proper functioning of all services provided.
Specifically for Critical Buildings, a control room has been established with state-of-the-art monitoring systems and highly skilled and specialized personnel.
Support for all of the above is provided 24 x 7 x 365.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance::
Preventive maintenance relates to scheduled maintenance work in accordance with the annual plan prepared by Property Managers. This work is necessary to ensure the continuous, efficient and cost-effective operation of each installation, in accordance with the suppliers' instructions, equipment and international rules and regulations on maintenance.
Corrective maintenance relates to emergency repair work that is resolved according to their severity and in accordance with predefined standards and the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA’s).
Critical Facilities Maintenance:
Buildings that have significant electromechanical equipment, such as Technology, Data Center, UPS, etc., maintain strict and periodic maintenance programs, depending on the critical nature of these facilities.
Small-scale projects relate to non-occasional larger works such as: waterproofing, room layout, facade restoration, auxiliary spaces and storage areas restoration etc.
