In order to manage the system more efficiently, a network of experienced staff has been developed to ensure the coordination and proper functioning of all services provided.
Specifically for Critical Buildings, a control room has been established with state-of-the-art monitoring systems and highly skilled and specialized personnel.
Support for all of the above is provided 24 x 7 x 365.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance::
Η Preventive maintenance relates to scheduled maintenance work in accordance with the annual plan prepared by Property Managers. This work is necessary to ensure the continuous, efficient and cost-effective operation of each installation, in accordance with the suppliers' instructions, equipment and international rules and regulations on maintenance.
Η Corrective maintenance relates to emergency repair work that is resolved according to their severity and in accordance with predefined standards and the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA’s).
Critical Facilities Maintenance:
Buildings that have significant electromechanical equipment, such as Technology, Data Center, UPS, etc., maintain strict and periodic maintenance programs, depending on the critical nature of these facilities.
Small-scale projects relate to non-occasional larger works such as: waterproofing, room layout, facade restoration, auxiliary spaces and storage areas restoration etc.
