The new architectural approach aims at modernizing and aesthetically upgrading the property and thus its surrounding area, by means of highly advanced shell design, operation and movement. The design “activates” the property according to international architectural standards,

The façade sides are coated with a lightweight metal structure of a tensile film finishing material.

The idea of ​​the facade design is based on the integration of the building through horizontal zones running around the construction thus creating three  zones extending outside the building providing the essential shading and protection from the rain.

The height of each zone was designed to fully conceal the visual and acoustic paraphernalia of the mechanical and technical equipment located on the roof of the building, to avoid visual contact with neighbouring buildings.

The extensive exterior space is transformed into a high and low planted green area, with surfaces  visually filtering even the car park.

The design of the building is in accordance with international environmental and energy standards, in terms of materials, infrastructure and operating systems, aiming at a very high standard construction. Specifically, the design of the building is in accordance with the internationally recognized LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) system for the evaluation of long-life sustainable construction.

The basic studios’ infrastructures, namely acoustics and lighting, were designed in collaboration with internationally renowned specialized agencies, with the aim of fully autonomous spaces and the flexibility to adapt to user needs.
